Consequently, the appeal was allowed, and the order of the Industrial Magistrate was set aside, dismissing the respondent's application.

The Court further ordered that the appeal be allowed, the order of the learned Industrial Magistrate be set aside, and the application of the respondent be dismissed. This decision was in accordance with the provisions outlined in Order 36 of the Federal Court Rules, governing the settlement and entry of orders.
