JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
1. Leave to appeal is granted.
2.The ground of appeal approved in terms of Rule 29 is whether the Court of Appeal was correct in its conclusion that no miscarriage of justice arose from the prejudicial evidence given by the first complainant as discussed by the Court of Appeal in paragraphs [35]- [71] of its judgment.
