STIRD POTENTIAL LIMITED v ROYCROFT [2019] NZHC 509 [21 March 2018]
[1] Stird Potential Ltd (SPL) appealed a decision of the of the Alcohol Regulatory and Licencing Authority (the Authority) to suspend SPL’s off-licence from 24 September 2018 to 3 October 2018.1 In my decision, I dismissed the appeal and upheld the Authority’s suspension order. However, that order cannot be applied as the date has been superseded.
[2] In response to this issue, I understand the parties have agreed to the following order:
(a)Off-licence number 007/0FF/9002/2018 issued to Stird Potential Limited, is suspended for a period of 10 days from 7:00am on Thursday 2 May 2019 until 7:00am on Sunday 12 May 2019.
[3]I make the order accordingly.
