SINGH v POLICE [2024] NZHC 3555 [26 November 2024]

[1]                 At the hearing of this appeal yesterday, I was advised that Mr Singh has to apply for renewal of his manager’s certificate today. He therefore wishes to know the outcome of the appeal by today.

[2]I now advise that the appeal has been unsuccessful.
