BETWEEN JEREMY JAMES MCGUIRE
AND LEE GRACE SHERIDAN
Court: Blanchard, Tipping and McGrath JJ
Counsel: Applicant in Person
Judgment: 13 April 2011
JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
The application for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs of $2,000 to the respondent.
REASONS
Ignoring the way in which the case proceeded in the Court of Appeal[1] where he was represented by Senior Counsel, the applicant now tries to raise new grounds. We do not permit him to do so. The application is accordingly dismissed.
