JUDGMENT OF THE COURT (COSTS)

[1]       The respondent has sought an award of costs of $7500 with disbursements of $864.  It is understood that the appellant is bankrupt.  However, an amount paid as security is held by the Court.  An order is therefore made in the amounts sought by the respondent to which the fund held by the Court may be applied.
