The application for leave to appeal is dismissed.

REASONS

[1]       The applicant is attempting to appeal to this Court against a refusal by the Court of Appeal to grant leave for the bringing of an appeal to that Court.  In accordance with s 7(b) of the Supreme Court Act 2003, this Court has no jurisdiction to hear the proposed appeal.
