JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
ALeave to appeal is granted (A (CA 814/2013) v The Queen [2014] NZCA 385).
BThe approved ground of appeal is whether the Judge’s direction to the jury on the mens rea elements of the offence in s 129(2) of the Crimes Act 1961 was wrong.
