YADU
v
ORJIT
[2022] HCASL 187
P16/2022
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal a decision of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) Appellate Jurisdiction (McClelland DCJ, Austin and Sutherland JJ), dismissing his appeal against the primary judge's decision to order that the applicant transfer property to the respondent.
The ground sought to be raised in the proposed appeal has no realistic prospect of success. Special leave should be refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
