1. The applicant requires an extension of time in which to seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (McEvoy J, Markovic and McElwaine JJ agreeing). The application raises no question of general principle and there is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Full Court. It would therefore be futile to grant an extension of time. The application should be dismissed.

2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
