1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Rares, Katzmann and O'Callaghan JJ).

2. The Full Court's judgment was clearly correct. This case is also not an appropriate vehicle to address the question of principle raised by the application. 

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
