1. The applicant applies for an extension of time in which to seek special leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Queensland (Holmes CJ, Gotterson and Morrison JJA)[1] made on 5 April 2019. The application has insufficient prospects of success and it is not in the interests of the administration of justice for it to be granted. Accordingly, it would be futile to grant an extension of time.
