In the matter of *Somers & Somers*, the Applicant sought to recover monies allegedly due under a Child Support Agreement entered into between the parties on 2 November 2011. The Respondent was ordered to pay the Applicant the sum of $7,256.00.

The central legal issue before the court was whether the Respondent was liable to pay the outstanding sum as stipulated in the Child Support Agreement.

The court found that the Respondent was indeed indebted to the Applicant under the terms of the agreement. Consequently, the Respondent was ordered to pay the sum of $7,256.00 within one month. Any application for costs was to be made within twenty-eight days of the order.
