REMZI BEKTASOVSKI
v
THE KING
[2023] HCASL 113
S19/2023
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Criminal Appeal of New South Wales (Beech-Jones CJ at CL, Kirk JA, and Yehia J) dismissing the applicant's appeal from a decision of the District Court of New South Wales (Haesler SC DCJ).
The application does not raise a question of general principle. Nor is it in the interests of the administration of justice in this particular case for special leave to be granted. The extension of time sought is granted, and the application is refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
