1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland (Bowskill CJ, Dalton JA and Buss AJA), dismissing an appeal against orders made by the Supreme Court of Queensland (Martin SJA) pursuant to s 703(2) of the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld) restraining the applicant from "engaging in legal practice in the State of Queensland when not an Australian legal practitioner".

2. An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospects of success.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused.
