The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland (Fraser JA, Boddice and Crow JJ) dismissing an application for leave to appeal from the decision of the Appeal Tribunal of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal ("the Tribunal") dismissing the applicant's appeal from the decision of the Tribunal.
The applicant advances no question of law sufficient to warrant a grant of special leave and no reason to doubt the correctness of the Court of Appeal's judgment. Special leave should be refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
