v
VITASOVIC & ANOR
[2022] HCASL 206
P29/2022
The application for special leave to appeal from an order made by the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia (Mitchell JA) does not identify a point of principle of general importance appropriate for the grant of special leave to appeal. It concerns a matter of practice and procedure. It would not be in the interests of the administration of justice generally or in the particular circumstances of this case to grant special leave. Special leave to appeal is refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
