KARTHIK Reddy Prodduturi v Minister for Immigration and Border Protection
[2015] HCASL 151
KARTHIK REDDY PRODDUTURI
v
MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION
AND BORDER PROTECTION & ANOR
[2015] HCASL 151
S24/2015
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal against orders of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia dismissing an appeal against orders made in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. The Federal Circuit Court Judge (Judge Cameron) had relevantly dismissed the applicant's claim for constitutional writs directed to the Migration Review Tribunal which had affirmed a decision not to grant the applicant a Skilled (Provisional) (Class VC) subclass 485 visa.
The applicant advances no arguable ground of appeal against the decision of the Full Court. An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospect of success.
Pursuant to r 41.11.1, we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
