  1. The applicant seeks leave to appeal from a decision of a single Justice of the High Court of Australia (Edelman J) dismissing the applicant's application for constitutional or other writs under r 25.09.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth).

  2. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the single Justice to dismiss the application.  The application has no prospect of success and raises no question of principle.  Leave should be refused.

  3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
