1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Beach JA) refusing the applicant's application for leave to appeal from orders of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Richards J) which, in turn, dismissed the proceeding commenced by the applicant by originating motion.

2. The application does not identify any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court of Appeal. An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospects of success.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused.
