GUSS
v
LARKFIELD INDUSTRIAL ESTATES PTY LTD
[2024] HCASL 30
M74/2023
The applicant requires an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from a decision of the Federal Court of Australia (Rofe J) which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Judge Forbes) which, in turn, dismissed the applicant's application for review of a decision of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Registrar Edwards). The application does not raise any question of general principle and has no prospects of success. It would therefore be futile to grant the extension of time that is sought.
Special leave to appeal is refused.
