v
BOARD OF EXAMINERS
[2022] HCASL 11
A36/2021
The appeal foreshadowed by this application for special leave to appeal involves questions of practice and procedure, matters which do not usually attract a grant of special leave to appeal. In any event, the foreshadowed appeal does not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. The application should be dismissed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
