1. The appeal foreshadowed by this application for special leave to appeal involves questions of practice and procedure, matters which do not usually attract a grant of special leave to appeal. In any event, the foreshadowed appeal does not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. The application should be dismissed.
