The applicant requires an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from the orders of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Tsalamandris J) made on 18 December 2023 and 31 January 2024. The application has no prospects of success. It would therefore be futile to grant the extension of time that is sought.
