AGAPIS
v
A JUSTICE OF THE FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA AT PERTH (WAD 460/2013) & ORS
[2020] HCASL 185
P25/2020
The applicant seeks leave to appeal from orders made by Nettle J on 27 May 2020, dismissing an application for constitutional writs. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of his Honour's conclusions both that the application was devoid of merit and that the applicant had failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for his delay in making it. Leave to appeal should be refused.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
