ORDER BY AGREEMENT:         1.     Compensation  is  determined  at  One  Hundred

and Eighty-seven Thousand Dollars ($187,000), comprising loss of land, severance and injurious affection One Hundred and Seventy-seven Thousand Dollars ($177,000) and disturbance Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).

2.The respondent pay interest at the rate of 6.75%:

·          on the amount of $177,000 from the date of resumption, 13 May 1994, up to 15 December  1994,   when   the   advance   of

$156,000    and    also    the    disturbance     of

$10,000 was paid;

·       and then on the amount of $31,000 from 16 December 1994 up to the day immediately preceding the date upon which compensation is made.
