Power to Court of Referees to administer oaths to witnesses.
Any Court of Referees may examine witnesses upon oath upon such matters relating to any Bill as they may under any Standing Order or other order of the House of Commons be empowered to inquire into, and for that purpose may administer an oath to any such witness.
