An Act to make provision for the reconveyance of certain property to the Minister of Works; and for purposes connected therewith.

Provision for reconveyance of Hillsborough Castle.
— (1) None of the provisions of section five of the Stormont Regulation and Government Property Act (Northern Ireland), 1933 M1 (in this Act referred to as “ the principal Act ” ) shall apply to or affect the mansion house known as Hillsborough Castle with the demesne and certain other lands described in the First Schedule to an Indenture made the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, between the Commissioners of His Majesty's Works and Public Buildings of the one part and the Ministry of Finance (in this Act referred to as “ the Ministry ” ) of the other part (being the hereditaments mentioned in Paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the principal Act).Annotations: | |

2. (2) This Act and the principal Act may be cited together as the Government Property Acts (Northern Ireland), 1933 and 1955.
