Relief from stamp duties on certain transactions.
— (1) There shall be exempt from all stamp duties instruments of the following descriptions, being instruments made or executed for the purposes of any savings committee, savings group or other similar body affiliated to the Ulster Savings Committee, that is to say, — Para. (a) rep. by 1970 c. 21 (NI)
(b)
… F2 any agreement … F3 whereby a person so acting F4 makes himself responsible for money, stamps or other things supplied for the purposes of the body for which he acts.

14. Subs. (2) — Death Duties (3) Sections two, three, four and five of this Act shall be construed as one with the Stamp Act, 1891
Short title and construction.
