An Act to reform the law relating to education in Northern Ireland and for purposes connected with the said matter.

The Act has been repealed with a saving for section 106 (Government grants for voluntary schools) in so far as that section provides for repayment to the Department of Education of moneys paid to a voluntary school if the school should cease to be carried on as such (see 1986 NI 3).
