Application for review of Registrar’s decision declined.

REASONS

1. Mr Wu’s application for review of a Registrar’s decision to not waive the filing fee on his r 29A application is declined.

2. Like the Registrar, I am not satisfied that Mr Wu is without means to pay the fee.  The underlying application for an extension of time to appeal also lacks merit.

3. The filing fee must be paid by 25 June 2021.
