WILLMOTT FORESTS LIMITED (RECEIVERS AND MANAGERS APPOINTED) (IN LIQUIDATION) v

LEON CHURCHER [2013] NZHC 2724 [18 October 2013]

[1]      In a judgment delivered on 25 September 2013, Allan J granted the judgment creditor’s application to register a judgment obtained in the State of Victoria, Australia, against Mr Churcher and reserved costs.

[2]      The judgment creditor now seeks costs on a 2B basis plus disbursements. Mr Churcher has taken no steps to oppose this application.

[3]      I am satisfied that the costs sought are appropriate.  Accordingly, I make an order that Mr Churcher pay the judgment creditor’s costs and disbursements as set out in the schedule to the memorandum dated 1 October 2013 filed on the judgment

creditor’s behalf.
