JUDGMENT OF NATION J
[1] To avoid a risk to the fair trial rights of Corey Robert Towersey, I make an order suppressing publication of certain parts of the summary of facts relating to the murder charge to which George Sean Warren pleaded guilty. Consistent with that order, publication is permitted of only the information and facts contained in the redacted version of the summary of facts.

[2] I also make an interim order suppressing until further order of the Court the fact that Mr Towersey is currently facing a charge of murder on which he was charged as a co-offender with Mr Warren.
[3] This suppression order will remain in effect until completion of the trial of Corey Robert Towersey.
