[1]      I entered judgment in favour of the plaintiff on 11 August 2011 for the principal amount claimed by the plaintiff and I further ordered interest at the rate of

11.24% from 6 May 2011 until 11 August 2011.  I directed:

(c)       The defendant is to file memorandum updating the costs claimed for my attention within 10 days of todays date.
