JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

By consent, the Court makes the following orders in addition to the orders made in Wellington City Council v Dallas [2015] NZCA 126:

AThe respondent must repay the appellant’s costs in the High Court of $44,127 plus interest accruing from 11 April 2014 at $6.04 per day until the date of repayment.

BThe respondent must pay the appellant’s costs in the High Court of $34,526.50 plus disbursements of $11,627.82.
