COSTS JUDGMENT OF RONALD YOUNG J

[1]      In these proceedings the appellant was unsuccessful.  The second respondent only seeks costs on a 2B basis of $10,348.00.  The appellant accepts the figure as calculated as accurate but requests the Court exercise its discretion in making a

reduce award.

RONALD ALOYSIUS WILHELMUS HOOFT VAN HUIJSDUIJNEN AND MARTINA HELENA HOOFT VAN HUIJSDUIJNEN V EDWARD MERVYN JOHN WOODLEY AND LYNETTE ANNE CATHERINE WOODLEY HC WN CIV 2012-485-000638 [18 December 2012]

[2]      In my view there is no basis on which a reduced award could be made.  The amount of costs is modest.  The second respondent will, therefore, have costs against

the appellant in the sum of $10,348.00.
