TS TRAINING LIMITED v TONI-ANNE LEE [2024] NZHC 3046 [18 October 2024]

[1]                 On 3 July 2024 I dismissed an appeal by TS Training Limited against a decision of Judge P R Spiller.1

[2]                 In the course of my judgment I concluded the respondent, Ms Lee, was entitled to costs on a 2B basis.2

[3]Since the judgment, Ms Lee has sought costs on a 2B basis in the sum of

$11,113.50. Counsel for T S Training Limited has reviewed the costs sought and has indicated agreement. In the circumstances, I consider the costs sought are appropriate and make an order accordingly.

[4]T S Training Limited is to pay costs to Ms Lee in the sum of $11,113.50.
