JUDGMENT (NO 2) OF MALLON J

[1]      I refer to my judgment delivered on 7 September 2015.   Foundation Life (NZ) Limited has now provided further information about the background to this matter and the enquiries it has made.   It has also narrowed its request to one document, the Explanatory Memorandum and explained why there are no confidentiality concerns in relation to that document.   I am now satisfied that is appropriate to grant the request. Accordingly, the registry may provide a copy of the Explanatory Memorandum to Foundation Life (NZ) Limited.
