This appeal against a sentence of 8 months imprisonment is dismissed for reasons which will be given in writing at an early date. The appellant has appeared in person, having been bailed by the sentencing Judge pending the hearing of the appeal. He is to commence serving his sentence of imprisonment forthwith and is to be taken into custody accordingly.
