RESULTS JUDGMENT OF ASSOCIATE JUDGE JOHNSTON


[1]                 Mr Taylor requires and has sought the Court’s leave to quote passages from Dr James Freeman’s brief of evidence in his forthcoming book.

[2]                 I grant leave to Mr Taylor to use the seven quotes from Dr Freeman’s evidence set out in paragraph 9 of Mr Taylor’s memorandum of 11 March 2021.

[3]                 I am issuing this results judgment now because there is some urgency involved, and will provide a reasons judgment as soon as possible.
