JUDGMENT OF DOBSON J

[Default judgment for liquidated sum]

[1]        I convened a formal proof hearing in this proceeding on 14 August 2019 and the minute I issued as a result of that hearing should be read with this judgment.

[2]        Solicitors for the plaintiff have now provided an affidavit confirming the current credit balance of the relevant account with Kiwibank as $50,065.40.

[3]I accordingly enter judgment by default for that sum.

[4]        As foreshadowed in my minute of 14 August 2019, I direct that the liquidated sum is to be paid by Kiwibank to solicitors for the liquidator.
