SMITH T/A GS ELECTRICAL AND FIRE SERVICES v WADMAN [2023] NZHC 3178 [10 November 2023]
[1] Further to my judgment dated 1 November 2023, I have received submissions from counsel for the judgment creditor regarding the quantum of the judgment debts in favour of the judgment creditor.
[2] I refer to para [26](a) of my judgment dated 1 November 2023. I order that the condition shall include payment of the following debts by 5 pm on 24 November 2023:
(a)the judgment debt of $11,026.42;
(b)the costs order of $5,684.50;
(c)the costs order of $3,107;1
(d)costs in respect of the application for an order adjudicating Mr Wadman bankrupt, on a 2B basis, of $11,352.50 together with disbursements of
$1000.
[3] In all other respects, my judgment dated 1 November 2023 stands, including all of the conditions in para [26].
