[1]      Mr Williams, you have entered a plea of guilty to Counts 1 and 2 of the indictment, namely that between 18 December 2006 and 2 May 2007 you supplied a Class A controlled drug methamphetamine to a person or persons unknown and secondly, that on or about 2 May 2007 at Auckland you had in your possession a Class A controlled drug methamphetamine for the purpose of supply under s 6(1)(c) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.  You are convicted in relation to those two Counts.

[2]      You will be remanded to Tuesday 24 June 2008 at 9.00am for sentencing.

[3]      We will require and I direct that a pre-sentence report be obtained.   I also direct  that  a  report  on  the  suitability  of  your  premises  for  home  detention  be obtained.
