[1]      When this matter was called, counsel, Mr Tyrrell, sought leave to withdraw.

[2]      Mr Tyrrell has been unable to take any instructions because there has been no communication, despite several requests, from Mr R  .

[3]      I am satisfied that leave should be granted, and further satisfied that the appeal should be dismissed for want of prosecution.

[4]      It is dismissed accordingly.
