RULING OF NATION J
[1] Olivia Toby Francis Lucas and Verdun Ashley Perry are to be called to give evidence for the Crown in the current trial of Kooly Mangaki Te Tomo.
[2] In the particular circumstances of this case, I make an order suppressing publication of the fact Olivia Lucas and Verdun Perry have been found guilty, convicted and sentenced on charges also connected with the subject of the Te Tomo charges. That order is to continue until verdicts have been delivered on the charges
Mr Te Tomo faces.

[3] The suppression orders made in relation to the Lucas/Perry trial and sentencing otherwise remain in force until the completion of the Te Tomo trial.
