[1] Yesterday I sentenced Ms L . At the time I overlooked a Crown application for forfeiture of the sum of $920 which was found at the time of the search of Ms L ’s address. Today the Crown and Ms L ’s counsel, Mr Snell
are present. By consent I make the order for forfeiture of that sum of money.
