R V L AND ORS HC HAM CRI 2007-019-4835  22 February 2008

[1]      L  , C   and H   have been  committed for trial in this Court on  counts  of possessing  methamphetamine  for  supply  and  consuming  methamphetamine  at Te Kauwhata and Ngahinapouri on 3 February 2007.

[2]      The Crown Solicitor, Mr Ross Douch, has filed an application for an order discharging the accused.  The Crown accepts it has fundamental evidential problems.

Accordingly, all three accused are discharged on both counts in the indictment.
