[1]      Mr Shaw appears for the Crown.

[2]      This is an application to vary a sentence of home detention imposed on Nicola H  .   The grounds for varying the sentence are that her circumstances have  changed.    She  was  residing with  her  mother  in  Dannevirke.    She  is  now required to reside at an alternative address.

[3]      The  Department  of  Corrections  has  looked  into  the  matter  and  has  no objection to Ms H   moving to reside at the proposed alternative address.

[4]      In those circumstances, I consider it is appropriate to vary the sentence of home detention, insofar as the address from which the sentence will be served will cease to be 170 High Street, Dannevirke, and will, instead, be 22 Pinedale Place, Henderson, Auckland.
