R v JOHN SAMUEL DAVID DRIVER [2016] NZHC 155 [12 February 2016]

[1]                 Further to the hearing on 9 February last, I have had the opportunity to view the DVD recording of the complainant’s interview. I have also read the transcript of the interview.

[2]                 The Crown’s application to adduce the DVD recording as the complainant’s evidence in chief is granted.

[3]                 I am giving this results judgment to enable the parties to prepare for the trial due to commence on 22 February next. The reasons for this judgment will follow.
