As earlier intimated, we have considered this matter on the papers.
There does not appear to be any immediate urgency and we have concluded that the appropriate course is to suspend the execution of judgment until 1 February 2001 when the application for conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Council and the application for suspension of execution of the judgment pending the appeal will be heard in this court in the Miscellaneous Motions List.
