JUDGMENT OF NICHOLAS DAVIDSON J

[1]      This  is  an  appeal  against  an  order  made  in  the  District  Court  that  the appellant make reparation to AMI Insurance in the sum of $10,841.97, when AMI sought only $9,840.82.

[2]      The  appeal  is  technically  out  of  time  but  to  correct  the  error  and  as disposition is by consent, the appeal is allowed and the reparation ordered in favour of AMI is in the sum of $9,840.82.

[3]      There is no order for costs.
